With the Dekco Composite Decking Boards becoming ever more recognised as the “go-to” product for projects like the Battersea Exchange, we were the easy choice for Taylor Wimpey. The product chosen for all of the balconies, winter gardens and terraces was the Dekco Composite Decking in colour Chocolate.

With a 20 year guarantee and anti-slip certification this was the perfect solution for the large roof terrace at St. Marys Catholic Primary School within the Battersea Exchange.
Being a school the decking will be exposed to high volumes of traffic, being low maintenance was another factor that made the Dekco Composite Boards the ideal choice for the job.

One of the most exciting developments in the history of this vibrant city, it presents a rare opportunity to experience marina life amidst all the advantages of Brightons rich heritage.

Being on the coast with salt spray and having weather conditions of harsh contrasts a product was needed that would give an attractive and modern look while being able to withstand the conditions.
Therefore a viable alternative to traditional timber decking was required. With full height glazing and spacious balconies offering the most spectacular marine views stretching far into the distance, the decision was made for our our Dekco Composite Decking in colour Chocolate to be installed on our heavy duty plastic battens.
All fixings were upgraded to A4 marine grade stainless steel which has now become standard for all jobs.

We were asked to supply materials for the amphitheatre at Brighton, the UKs largest marina, and our Dekco Decking in colour Chocolate was chosen, again using A4 Marine fixings with bullnose boards for the seating areas.

WAYLAND HOUSE
We were first approached by Wates Construction Ltd in the early part of 2015 to quote for the supply of decking to their new £28m landmark. After a few meetings in which we talked through our entire product range and their specific requirements, Dekco Products secured the contract to supply Wates with 3,400m² of our very own Dekco Composite Decking in July 2015.

Working together with Wates on the 20 storey build, the flagship projectfor their organization, we were acutely aware that the product needed tobe of highest standard in both appearance and performance. Thus thedecision was made for our Dekco Composite Grey deck boards to be installed on all balconies.
​
The top floor features two large communal roof terraces that boaststunning views across the London skyline. With such large areas to deck itwas decided that a mix of grey and chocolate brown be used to break upthe huge space. The advantages of this decking include an approvedanti-slip certification and a 20 year guarantee.
